Social media is one of Bobcat’s most visible channels for customers and partners worldwide. We took over the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa) social media management 2018. Based on our results, Bobcat’s marketing team for the ALAO region (Asia, Latin America, Oceania) decided to end cooperation with a local agency, and let us handle their social media content despite a distance of 8000+ km and seven time zones.

The reason that it has worked despite changes in leadership, trends, and channels? Our goals and delivering on them: a clear strategy, steady content, and day-to-day operations that work across markets — without unsustainable budgets.

We built a simple, reusable playbook: long-range content planning tied to product campaigns, agile production of static and video posts, and multilingual community management handled centrally, with translation where needed.

We leaned on our team’s deep product knowledge and our custom, well-tagged video archive 
to produce strong content without constant new shoots, keeping quality high and costs reasonable.

EMEA Strategy
Define the goals and KPIs, refine the workflow, integrate campaigns into the post plan, and handle high-pressure moments — like major events such as Bauma 2022 and 2025 with 24/7 on-site coverage before, during, and after the show.

ALAO Strategy

The setup? Different time zones, language needs, and strict reporting, plus tighter budgets. We tailored cadence and formats to get maximum impact. Thanks to our strategy, we hit year-one KPIs by mid-year and won the 2024 tender to continue the partnership.
