Two Phases: QuickWins, Then a NewGeneration
Phase 1: Immediate UX/UI Improvements
In the first month, we updated the existing solution
by fixing the basics: clearer filters, easier comparisons within a park, and cleaner detail views. We connected the tool to HubSpot so CTP could understand intent and help users faster — with better profiling and warmer handovers to sales.
Phase 2: A New Property Finder
We then designed a next-gen tool based on research and the CTP marketing strategy: smarter filtering, cleaner results, and a structure ready for future features like deeper personalisation or park-to-park comparisons. The tool was built to scale across countries and languages. The new Property Finder will serve as a crucial source of customer information for years to come.
